For the batch-wise production of aerated masses on limited space, Hänsel Processing is offering the SIEDOMAT® / TURBOMIX® cooking and aerating system.
This machine design has proven itself in the production of nougat, hard torrone and halva. With this machine-combination, it is possible to produce aerated confectioneries in many different varieties and recipes and a wide range of throughputs.
For the production of hard torrone and halva, Hänsel Processing has developed and patented a unique process: the mass is initially cooked under vacuum in the SIEDOMAT® and afterwards, after mixing in the whipping agent, vacuumed again in the TURBOMIX®.
For the production of milky, aerated masses, a combination with the UNIBATCH® cooker and the TURBOMIX® is recommended.
