Hard candies and lollipops
The range of applications include die formed candies (unfilled / filled, aerated and/or coated) as well as masses for deposited candies. In addition the Hänsel machines are producing a wide variety of candy specialties, such as milk or cream candies or sugar-free or medicated lozenges.
Lollipops are also produced in various shapes and compositions on our lines in high quality.
Toffees, Eclair and chewy candies
The right choice for high-quality toffee and caramel products are toffee/caramel lines from Hänsel Processing.
Depending on requirements, our machine components can be used to form individual solutions or complete lines for the qualified production of chewy candy and fruit chews.
Bars and Torrone
Our bar kitchens are excellent for foam sugar, torrone, bars and other aerated confectionery products such as caramel toppings and granola bars, also halwa and nougat.
Fruit gummies and jellies, marshmallow
Our machines are used to produce high quality aerated or clear products, such as fruit gummies and jellies as well as marshmallow.
Fondant
Whether finest fondant or larger crystal structures – we configure your fondant lines for: Fondant cream, bakery fondant, milk fondant and fruit fondant.
Nutraceuticals & OTC-Supplements
Nutraceuticals & OTC supplements with vital-biological benefits can be produced on our lines. This offers the possibility of integrating active ingredients with health benefits into functional confectionery, such as fruit gums or hard candies.
