The UNIBATCH® cooker is used for the production of fillings, caramels, fondant masses, chewy candies, binders and other confectionery masses. Its high flexibility is the main outstanding feature of the UNIBATCH®.
Cooking in a reproducible manner is possible under vacuum, with overpressure or atmospherically. Additionally, an integrated vacuum pump can cool the masses down after cooking.
In order to fit every requirement, the cooker is available in four different sizes.
